San Antonio is rich in Hispanic Culture and many cultural events take place here. From music to theater, there is something for everyone. These include Altares, ofrendas, calaveras, flores, pan de muerto, chocolate, visual arts, poetry, and music. The Hispanic Heritage Month is celebrated until October 15th commemorating the culture with exhibits and events during this whole time. The Dia de los Muertos celebrations has altars created by artists and children in the community on display at Market Square every day.
